A small & cozy non-smoking apartment with bathroom and kitchenette. Within walking distance in 10-12 minutes to the main train station and in 15-20 minutes to the pedestrian zone. 250 m to the bus stop, 350 m to the nearest EDEKA and Lidl. The apartment is rented and prepared for one person as standard. If you want to come as a couple, please also book for 2 people. No pets allowed in the apartment. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. The apartment is not (!) barrier-free.

Characterful city apartment in the vibrant Vorderer Westen district on the 2nd floor with a large balcony. Bedroom with new 160 x 200 box spring bed. The 2nd sleeping option is on the dark green sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is very open - that's nice - but be aware of it! :) Within a few minutes you will find Kassel's most beautiful cafes and restaurants and within walking distance bars and clubs as well as the theater. Rewe and bakery are just a stone's throw away.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the Kellerwald-Edersee Nature Park and upon arrival you will be able to gaze far into the valley into nature and leave your everyday life behind you. Treat yourself to a break in our 'LANDzeit'. With a few steps, you'll be in the middle of forest and meadow valleys. Enjoy the hikes in the national park, refresh yourself at the many accessible springs, swim in the beautiful Edersee, visit pretty towns like Bad Wildungen and ....

Enjoy a stylish experience at this beautiful place in a townhouse (2nd floor) in the Vorderer Westen. The apartment is approx. 9 minutes walk from Wilhelmshöhe train station and 6 minutes walk from the Stadthalle conference and congress center and is next to the Aschrott Park The apartment can accommodate 2 people. One other person can sleep on a sofa bed. The apartment was newly built in a listed building (2 parties). Parking is sufficiently available on the street.

Individual self-built tiny house with many loving details. The house, about 12 sqm, is in our beautiful garden. Behind it a small walled patio. A private bathroom with shower and toilet is located in the basement of our house, the room height is suitable for people up to 1.90 m. There is an emergency toilet house for the night. Neighbors live around us, so we understand the house as an oasis of peace, and that's the mood that the place likes and you certainly do too

Spacious, bright old building apartment with architectural details such as high ceilings and exposed brick. In the Philosophenweg in Kassel, quietly located and yet very central, just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Karlsaue. The apartment has a large living room with dining area. Three cozy bedrooms. A corner bathtub with rain shower, a fireplace and a small terrace are available for our guests. Well suited for families and nice meetings with friends.
