I loved the location of the house, great views from the window, everything you need is close to the apartment, Monika was very helpful and supportive during the whole stay in the apartment Highly recommended, if I am ever in Katowice again I will choose this apartment!

The apartment is very close to the market, main train station and Galeria, i.e. shopping mall. It's also completely renovated. The kitchen and bathroom floors are heated. In January, it was a real luxury. Katowice is beautiful. There are many really good restaurants in the area, such as Tatiana or Patio.

Very nice, spacious and warm apartment in which we stayed for a month and will miss the special atmosphere in it. Although Nikishovets himself and a beautiful neighborhood, it depends a lot on the apartment where you live. We have something to compare with, because we lived in different apartments in Nikishovka. Anna is just an incredible person, always ready to help and treat you like a person close to her. For us, this is a very special place that we would love to return to.

I had the pleasure of living in the apartment for 5 weeks:) Everything was as described. The apartment is spacious, very clean, everything is new. Mr. Jacek took care of every detail. Coffee, tea, dishwasher cubes, etc. Although it is located on a rather busy street, the apartment is very quiet. The advantage is the proximity of a gas station, a bus stop, just a 5-minute walk from the Silesian Park, a few stops from the center of Katowice. The block is well-maintained, the apartment has a parking space. A very helpful host who can provide all the information. I recommend it with all my heart.
