Beachfront vacation rentals in Kawartha Lakes

We had a lovely stay at Cristian’s this September (2 couples + 2 babies). We spent most of our time enjoying the ample seating on the deck and dock, but there was plenty to do indoors as well. Gorgeous and serene views of the river. We went for a pedal boat and kayak ride everyday. Everything at Cristian’s was exactly as pictured and him and Vera were super responsive to all our questions. Would happily stay here again!

Tracey was a great host and our group loved the cottage. We had a nice fall weekend and the views were incredible. The cottage had everything we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away for a relaxing weekend on the lake.

Nima and Samira were wonderful hosts—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help during our stay. We had a fantastic weekend at their beautiful place, which featured stunning lake views and a relaxing hot tub. We especially loved spending time in the hot tub while taking in the serene scenery. The home was well-equipped with everything needed for a group of 7–8 people, including comfortable beds, ample seating areas, and a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of amenities. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Thank you for everything!

Our stay at Lisa’s place was wonderful despite the power outage towards the end of our trip due to bad weather. The house was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. Lisa was incredibly helpful, kind, and considerate throughout our stay. She genuinely cares about her guests and went above and beyond to ensure we were okay. I can confidently say that she's one of the best host I've ever encountered. Overall, we had a great experience, and we highly recommend this place to anyone. Beautiful cottage with a spectacular view of the lake! Very quiet and peaceful for rest and relaxation. The fireplace made the cottage even more cozy on some very cold winter days during our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the entire cottage was well set up for a relaxing atmosphere. Everything was easy to find and anything you could possibly need was there. We loved that amenities like grocery stores and restaurants were close by and easily accessible.

Cottage was beautiful and exactly as described. Laura was helpful and flexible with move-in and move out, which was wonderful. Clean and comfortable, it's perfect for the Toronto getaway. A lot of great family photos against that pristine white background. I recommend you take some pictures😎

Had a great stay at Lambs Landing with a group of friends. Debby & Tyler were extremely responsive and great hosts. The amenities were exactly as described / pictured and the home was extremely clean. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

We had great stay with Igor everything was as described he super friendly and responsive. The park is clean and everyone is really friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and hopefully we will return in the near future.

The trailer had everything we needed for a family vacation. The part of the trailer with the kids bunks was very spacious with a play area and there were toys and games for the kids to play with. The pool at the campground had two lifeguards at all times, which I was very happy with. The campground also had a small Beach with a lot of communal toys to share. Racheal was easy to get in touch with and responded very quickly. We really appreciated that she let us know ahead of time that there was an event at the campground for the kids on the day that we were arriving so that we could be prepared and enjoy it. We did a day trip to the Warsaw caves which I would definitely recommend!

Great spot for a relaxing time with the kids. Small beach perfect for very little ones, nice park and basketball all right there. Unit is well equipped and very clean. Thanks for a nice weekend in Bobcaygeon!

Our 4th time at this location. Always a pleasure to go there. Great people in the park and the fishing is good as well.

Gary & Mina were excellent hosts. They greeted us for check in and where very accommodating. Any questions we had were quickly answered via the AirBNB app. The house was full of character and had lots of things to do indoors and outdoors. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, utensils and kitchen wares. There was a washer/dryer centrally located which was great for towels and the Weber BBQ was in top notch condition. Water toys well maintained (2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, 1 canoe and 1 paddle boat). Pool and hot tub worked great, which was a must for our cottage getaway.

Loved staying here for Canada day weekend. Fishing was great!!! Would 100% do it again. Owner was friendly, hospitable and accommodating. Thank you!

The cottage was lovely and cozy, just what we were looking for. The double height at the kitchen and dining area with the tall windows overlooking the water were just how the photos pictured it (main reason we chose this property) and it was lovely! We spend all the time cooking, eating and playing boardgames in that area or playing in the snow outside, perfect place to relax.

We enjoyed our time at James cottage in Minden, ON. The kids had a blast fishing off the dock (they caught lots of them), they loved the slide, they loved the little sand beach area and finding all the muscles in the lake. They also loved catching the mini frogs around the yard. The swing and rings were also very much enjoyed by them. We all enjoyed a few days of soaking in the indoor hot tub. It was nice and private and very peaceful with beautiful views. The character of the cottage was beautiful. Lots of added bonuses such as a huge selection of movies, and lots of board games to play! Canoe and boat were also a hit for us as well. At first we were a little worried with no AC. But the ceiling fans and other fans were totally fine. James was very responsive and always made sure we were happy! Thanks for allowing us to stay at your place. We hope to visit again next year 🤗. Tanya!

We LOVED John & Lina’s place. The cottage was beautiful, roomy, and extremely family friendly. They had an abundance of kids toys and accessories (e.g. high chair, playpen, baby gates) that made our stay so much easier and more pleasant. The sunroom was a nice reprieve or area for the kids to play in. John & Lina were super responsive and proactive with instructions and advice. The lake was beautiful and we caught several fish right off the dock. It’s worth noting that the mosquitos are intense (we happened to be there during extremely rainy days) but the cottage had lots of mosquito repellent and face nets. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this cottage!

We really enjoyed our stay at Dunraven Cottage! Ann was readily available and easy to communicate with. The indoor space had lots of room for our family to spread out in the evenings. We enjoyed many card games at the big kitchen table. We found the kitchen to be very well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the kids loved the loft room. Bobcaygeon was close by for any last minute groceries, a visit to the lift locks and/or a trip to Kawartha Dairy for an ice cream cone! The lake is quite shallow and weedy so to comfortably swim (as adults) we needed to paddle out a ways to jump in. The area in front of the cottage is clear of weeds and was fun for the kids to swim around in. We thank Ann and Paul for their hospitality and would recommend this place to others.

We had a great time staying at Adam’s place. Private and peaceful! Great little beach of its own, where my kids (2 and 5) spent lots of time (we brought some sand toys). The views were beautiful, especially at the sunset. Michael was very responsive and helpful in accommodating our needs. We will come back in the future! :)
