Confortable modern apartment with good beds and all necessary kitchen appliances. Excellent location - ski-in and-out, beautiful view on the slopes, restaurant and spa in the building. Short walking distance from all other restaurants and bars, and at the same time no street noise (5th floor).

I really liked the apartment, there is no wifi - this is written in the description, but there is a common one with weak speed . The location is lovely , there is a small shop in the next building , many restaurants , spar in 5 minutes walk. There is a spa in the building, for an additional fee , but very convenient especially with children. Plenty of parking outside the building. The lift is a couple of minutes away - a very big plus . We really liked it. The important thing is that the location on the map is not correctly displayed. But it's easy to find - you just need to check in to New Gudauri.

Nice and cozy place in a quiet area, away from noises. We were very happy with the place. The cleaning can be improved a little bit but it doesn’t bother us because they have cleaning tools available. Host is super nice and responsive. Anything we need, we just asked and she brought us stuff right away.

tamara was a great host.. she was very responsive and kind. as for the apartment, we love the location and the convenience as it is in the center of the ski resort. we love it. the locker though it was just one.. was safe for our ski gears.

Good communication, fast reply messages, very helpful. By the way, its better to have 4WD, other wise going up to the hill is a little challenge. Recommend Tite!

Nice budget place to stay. 10min to chair lift. Ski in to door.

Small apartment, but there is all the essentials. Kitchenette. Warm, quiet, with water, there were no power outages. Wifi works great. Beautiful view of the mountains! This building and the next two restaurants are cheaper and more expensive. Great ski in and a little less convenient ski out. Downstairs there is a separate locker in the ski storage. Eduard was not there, but he was always available, and the managers Vaho and Maya promptly resolved all issues and gave all recommendations. At a modest price, the apartment is of decent quality!

We enjoyed the nice apartment and the check in was easy. The place functions like a hotel, just with apartments that guests stay in. The location was very convenient. Just look for the pictured building as you drive in on the main road into Gudauri, since maps can't pinpoint to place. It is located south of the Smart. There is a big surrounding yard which our children loved for playing in the snow.

Really good place to spend good time with family/friends with great view and a peaceful environment. Very close to the gregrti church. It was spring this time and it was cloudy I believe Well get a great sunset from there in a plain sky . We have good view of the stepsteminda town from the room. Which is very dramatic to watch🤌🏼. Great place and great host.

Tea’s apartment is a great place to stay while in Gudauri. Exceptionally clean, comfortable. The host is very thoughtful, proactive and sincere. The location is great - right in front of the Gudaura Gondola, close to all shops, food-markets, ski-schools.

If you eat riding, it's the best choice! It's really 3 minutes to walk to the hoist, come one of the first in the morning, you don't have to line up. On the ground floor of the building there is a locker and ski/board fasteners, changing room. There are a lot of cafes nearby and the house has a shop. There was really no WiFi, but frankly he didn't really need a😊 bed, pillows, blankets, mattresses and other things in the room a lot, lived quite comfortably. The hostess helped with the transfer, quickly resolved issues, thank you very much for your hospitality, wait again next year!

Good and comfortable apartment. Kirill was easy to communicate and responded very promptly to questions/messages. Check in was easy, although I've arrived one day before planned date Kirill managed to arrange everything within 2 hours before my arrival.

We were there for the New Year's holidays, the apartment exceeded our expectations, everything was thought out to the smallest detail, Christmas tree, candles, compliment and other buns! Even the Christmas wreath was the only one on our door..) Exit right to the hoist. Special thanks to hosts for their Georgian hospitality! I hope to come back here again!

Great location, lots of minor stuff that you need in the kitchen was there. The place was smartly organized and foldable sofa was good

Nini is very kind, her apparment is clean and very cozy, the location is amazing and the services at the hotel 10/10. If i come back to Guadauri i deffinitly book again, Nini is a great host.
