Well equipped, spotless and in a beautiful location the Cottage had everything we needed for a cosy and welcoming stay. The Chris was really helpful with excellent communication even letting us know about an unexpected local road closure to ensure that we could plan accordingly.

Wonderful location and comfortable, well designed home. A little village out on its own with so much character and some great walks which are medium hard but good distances either way - to the left in the next village the Cricket Inn is delicious food and friendly staff - to the right a lighthouse. The views and beach really make this place… as well as being a close drive to Salcombe and Dartmouth. The house being is well stocked, stylish and comfortable so makes for easy living. We were a family of 7 and a dog and would highly recommend it. We did a Sainsbury’s food delivery to the house twice to make getting groceries easy and that worked perfectly too.

We had a lovely stay at Rogue’s Rest! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed by Lindsay & Ray.. The highlight? Lindsay’s famous lemon drizzle cake, which was waiting for us on arrival, an incredibly thoughtful (and delicious!) touch. The apartment itself was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It had such a warm & cozy feel, making it the perfect home away from home. The attention to detail was impeccable, and you could tell that a lot of love and care had gone into creating such a lovely space. Our Toy Poodles, Daisy & Martha, were just as spoiled as we were! It’s not always easy to find such a dog-friendly place, but Rogue’s Rest was perfect for them. It’s clear that Lindsay & Ray truly understand how to make guests (both human and furry!) feel at home. We couldn’t hope for a better stay If you’re looking for a a charming, welcoming, and peaceful getaway Rogues Rest is the place. Thank you Lindsay & Ray
