Composting wood toilet. The sauna is wood-heated. If necessary, we will guide you in heating the sauna. In use in summer and early autumn.

Peaceful and close to nature log cabin with a lakeside sauna and a separate storage building on the shore of Venejärvi in Missi. The cottage has a basic level of equipment. For cooking, there is a small oven, electric stove, microwave and a fireplace outside. Refrigerator and small freezer for food storage. Beach sauna and low sandy beach. Dock on the beach. The use of the boat and canoe is included in the rent. Fishing equipment in the warehouse. It's nice to feel alone here in the middle of nature.

The naturally beautiful Kemijoki beach is about an hour's drive from Rovaniemi, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. Fully equipped 75 m2 cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. There is a beach near the cottage (about 700 m). Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking and hunting, as well as hiking. There is a boat launch about 1.2 km away.
