Most people in the 1940 had little to no freezer space and needed to rent it. Stroud Locker Plant opened in 1946. The Locker today was part of that original refrigerated/freezer space. Floors and ceilings are original from that era. The Locker front door displays the original brass door hinges used for the freezer.

We are 6 miles north of Chandler (Route 66). "Entire home" refers to the professionally built, 900 sq ft space over the garage which means stairs (within code). Our home is attached via a breezeway. We have 80 acres with pastures, 1 stocked pond and trails through the woods. We have 3 outdoor “always on” security cameras: 1 on the garage wall and (main house) front & back porches (not the N patio which guests can use). This is our home, we expect responsible and caring guests.
