Vacation rentals with beach access in Kent County

We can’t say enough great things about Scot and Rachel . They were very responsive and flexible to our needs. The house and location were perfect for a sporting event we were attending! We can’t wait for next year!

Mary's place is a little slice of heaven. We only stayed five nights, but I wish it would've been a couple of weeks! The views out of the living room and main bedroom are so lovely and every morning the sunrise greeted us.

Great place, Jason and Ericka were the best. The little apartment was just a few steps to the beach, and it was just what we needed to disconnect. Jason was very responsive and Ericka super friendly. We got to meet their pup. Will definitely be back for another weekend of relaxation by the beach.

The place was as described and served our purposes. We very much enjoyed our stay and the host was really quick to respond to any questions we had. I was so happy to be able to bring our dog and have an easily accessible yard to take her out and spigot to clean her with after the beach. Having to bring all of our own linens, beach chairs, toiletries etc was a little tough for just the weekend. It felt the price of the stay was a bit high given that our stay was after labor day, on the bay, and required us to bring so many things. That may just be what the pricing is in the area, this was our first time staying, so I don't have a great frame of reference. Overall a very nice experience.

The house was very clean, top to bottom. Beautiful setting overlooking the Prime Hook Pond. We loved the screened in porch and the outdoor shower was a real plus. Bob and Mary were friendly and very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend.

Deborah's place is so peaceful and quiet. You are literally ON THE BAY. Every window has a view. I spent my time walking and staring at the water. With the sliding doors open, you can hear the waves. HEAVEN. Important to note: You are on a beach with only several houses — adjacent to a coastal preserve. It's a private beach. This is not your typical beach town location. This is exactly why it's so delightful and perfect. The house was super clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was well-stocked. I almost don't want anyone to know how great it is. Ha! Cat was an excellent host. The house was very clean and comfortable and she provided complimentary toiletries which was a really nice touch. The kitchen is stocked with K-Cups, tea, water and snacks which were also appreciated. The house suited our needs perfectly for the weekend. Milford is a quaint little town with a nice riverwalk to explore. Thanks Cat for a great stay.

My husband and I visited with our dog for a long weekend and the views are just breathtaking! You truly can’t get any closer to the water. The house and property had all that we needed and our favorite spot was the back deck! The fire pit was a great bonus. We are going to miss waking up to the sounds of waves crashing. We hope to be back soon - thanks again for hosting us!

This was our second year staying at Linda's place, and once again, it did not disappoint! The home is just as beautiful and welcoming as we remembered: bright, open, and full of windows that offer stunning views of the ocean. It’s the kind of place that instantly makes you feel at home. And Linda is a fantastic host! Super responsive, kind, and genuinely eager to make sure we had the best stay possible. We’re so grateful to have found this gem and already can’t wait to come back!
