Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kent County

Very convenient for me. Close to Dover, so I can visit my Mom. Close to Smyrna. Away from the hustle and bustle. Clayton is a cute little town. Restaurant nearby and liquor store. Place is solid. Bedroom is nice and den with TV has a futon. Kitchen is fine.

Marianna was so helpful in helping me find this place last minute when I made a mistake booking a home, she responded in a matter of minutes with a solution to my problem and we are forever grateful for that. The place was very nice, all new furniture and appliances in a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Great view from the huge covered deck. Stones throw to the beach with private access. Great spot to enjoy a fire at the end of the day with the provided fire pit area. Would highly recommend!

Elyse and Josh were great hosts. They were very responsive and helpful. The Airbnb was exactly as listed. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent in the Camden area!

I loved my month long stay here! It was such a pleasure to meet Ruthie and I couldn’t have felt more at home. The space was very clean upon arrival and I quickly settled in. Loved coming home and seeing the horses in the front yard, no complaints whatsoever. It definitely exceed my expectations!

We needed a place to stay while we transitioned to Delaware. This was the perfect place for us. It was close to the beach, comfortable, very quite, and everyone was so friendly. We felt like we were at home even if it was a temporary stop. There was plenty of space and things we needed to make our stay smooth. Shane and Erin were helpful and wonderful hosts, they let us know of upcoming event's and if there was anything we should be aware of. I would recommend this place to couples or families. We stayed during the holidays and it felt magical to be there during this time.

Deborah's place is so peaceful and quiet. You are literally ON THE BAY. Every window has a view. I spent my time walking and staring at the water. With the sliding doors open, you can hear the waves. HEAVEN. Important to note: You are on a beach with only several houses — adjacent to a coastal preserve. It's a private beach. This is not your typical beach town location. This is exactly why it's so delightful and perfect. The house was super clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was well-stocked. I almost don't want anyone to know how great it is. Ha! This place is such a gem! The home was exactly what we expected — and more! The location is amazing and the setting is so serene and peaceful. The house was well-equipped with towels, linens and kitchen essentials. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms make it perfect for a family! Tom and Jess answered our questions quickly and were laid back and respectful of our time there. We will definitely book again.

For us to say that Kelly was an amazing AirBNB host and her home is even better than the photos show would be an understatement! This lady exemplifies honesty and kindness and left no details to her home rental to chance right down to the complimentary toothpaste and soaps and the binoculars to use while visiting. She was so considerate that there was a welcome basket on the dining table with little toys for our dogs and sunscreen and bug spray for our family. The house has everything to make you feel like you're home away from home and the views from the front and back are as good as you'll find anywhere in DE. Truly worth the price of admission type of place to get your relax on just a few steps from Slaughter Beach and 25 minutes to the hustle and party life of Rohobeth Beach. Thank You Kelly

House and property are immaculate. Hosts have done an amazing job bringing this property back to all its glory. House has everything you could ask for and move, would definitely recommend. Can’t wait to return!

The place was as described and served our purposes. We very much enjoyed our stay and the host was really quick to respond to any questions we had. I was so happy to be able to bring our dog and have an easily accessible yard to take her out and spigot to clean her with after the beach. Having to bring all of our own linens, beach chairs, toiletries etc was a little tough for just the weekend. It felt the price of the stay was a bit high given that our stay was after labor day, on the bay, and required us to bring so many things. That may just be what the pricing is in the area, this was our first time staying, so I don't have a great frame of reference. Overall a very nice experience.
