Woodsmoke Arts Studio: Boho country retreat

Relax and unwind in this artist-run bohemian retreat. Tucked away in the village of Preston, surrounded by orchards, you'll enjoy a peaceful 'get-away' yet be in easy reach of local amenities and Kent's stunning coastline. The studio is blissfully quiet, set back from the cottage with its own entrance under a vine-covered pergola, with access to a large garden. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

East Hoathly has a pub, coffee shop and village shop a 10 min walk away or 1 min drive.
