Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Kenton County

I rented this place for a group of friends from out of town who had not been together for quite a while. Jordan was very flexible as number of guests changed. He allowed me to add an extra night for 2 guests who were arriving early for a very reasonable rate. He was flexible on check in time. The kitchen and living area are not very big, so even though it sleeps 12 guests, that would be a lot of folks in a small space! The only complaint was that the propane tanks for the fire pit and grill were empty. Jordan apologized for this as he thought the cleaner was going to replace them.

Beautiful home exactly as pictured. The outdoor space is absolutely incredible and the home is clean and well furnished. Kortni is an amazing, responsive, and kind host. We always love staying at her properties and will definitely be back to this one!

Jordana’s place was absolutely stunning! This home has so many wonderful amenities to indulge in. The home is in a super cool arts district overlooking downtown. My family truly enjoyed the hot tub and scenic backyard. We had plenty of space to spread out and more than enough towels to get us through our stay!! Jordana was so helpful in every way. The next time we are in Ohio, this will be our go to spot for sure!!

Very cute, nice hot tub, next to walking path and other attractions in Cincy. Kimberly is flexible and friendly. It was hard to park a large car because of construction on the street, which is probably temporary. Bed is super comfy!

we are very blessed to have been given the opportunity to stay at your home. had all the amenities needed, location was perfect with a park and trails next to the property, shopping and The Ark just minutes away. Booked this place for my sweetheart's birthday weekend. It caught our interest because it had a hot tub, but when we arrived we both realized the place had a certain charm. It reminded both of us of the family homes we used to visit, like grandparents or relatives. It felt like a home away from home. I've had previous stays where nightfall would make a place feel unfamiliar and foreign, but I felt completely at peace here. We had a heavy storm hit us, so our enjoyment with the hot tub was brief, but Joshua was prompt in communicating with us any time we had questions. He also included a complementary gift for her birthday that we both appreciated. We both agree that we would love to come back here one day and maybe even bring the kids with us next time. Wonderful experience all around!

We had an amazing weekend stay with friends and family! The house was absolutely beautiful, even better than the photos, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Rodney was wonderful: friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our arrival. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This is a piece of heaven on earth! Beautiful views - rolling hills of bluegrass and blue skies- all from a house that is extremely clean. The beds are comfy too. The owner has made sure you have everything you need for a perfect stay. If you snag this place you will be counting your blessings. It’s peaceful, quiet and close to the Ark encounter.
