In the west of Duisburg, on the city limits to Krefeld and Moers, our apartment (45 square meters) is located in a quiet side street. Due to the nearby highway A 57 (about 2 km) with the junctions to the A 40, A 42 and A 44, you can quickly reach worthwhile excursion destinations on the Lower Rhine and in the Ruhr area, the airport and the Düsseldorf Exhibition Center. If you have to work temporarily in Krefeld, Duisburg or Moers, you will find comfortable accommodation with us even for a longer period of time.

The completely renovated property is located about 2 km from Alpen, 9 km from Xanten and 11 km from Wesel, on the idyllic Lower Rhine. The beach in Menzelen Ost is about 2 km away. The whole floor is equipped with natural cork flooring including underfloor heating. In the box spring bed 1.8 x 2 meters, you can really relax. The new kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for charging.

Make yourself at home. It is very spacious and offers space for up to 4 people, if you want. Find yourself in the clean space with comfortable on quality seating and bed. I use this apartment as my second place to stay or for when friends and family are visiting. So you shall not miss anything. Around in the area you will find all amenities of everyday life... groceries, transportation, restaurants, etc. It is only 10 minutes by feet to downtown & main station.

Sittermansweg

Our 58 m² vacation apartment is located in the annex of the Sittermanshof, an old cathedral dating from 1787. The building is located in Geldern between Hartefeld and Vernum in the middle of the fields, almost in isolation. All around are meadows and fields. The parking place for the car is in front of the Katstelle. You reach the apartment via a steel staircase (separate entrance) and a wooden terrace, which invites you to breakfast and relax in the sun.

Apartment in the countryside (Wesel-Bislich)

The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

Kitchenette with Nespresso machine, ceran cooking, fridge, no dishwasher ! All rooms with central heating&windows. No TV - sorry Towels & bedlinen are provided

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Between Schwanenmarkt and Westwall is this bright and quiet 3-room apartment on the 4th floor. Equipped for up to 4 people and a pet. The Schwanenmarkt is 80 meters away, with Rewe and Rossmann, cafes and ice cream shops. If you need peace, an 11 m wide balcony to the rear courtyard is there for you. The accommodation for up to 2 guests on the top floor is located in a residential area with inner city periphery adjacent to a park near the YAYLA Arena in Krefeld. The location of the accommodation is central and quiet, in the neighborhood there are small and local supply stores (baker, butcher, pharmacy, supermarket). The accommodation is a good starting point to discover the region of the Lower Rhine with its sights.
