Townhome vacation rentals in Key Largo

We enjoyed our stay in Marathon at Brian’s place! It was just as described. We enjoyed spending afternoons at the pool and our evenings on the back porch. Would recommend his place and we would stay again.

Our stay at this home was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better—peaceful, relaxing, and right on the water. We spent so much time unwinding on the dock, soaking in the beautiful views and enjoying the gentle ocean breeze. The Marathon area was a fantastic place to explore, offering everything we needed for an unforgettable getaway. We loved being close to state parks for hiking and wildlife spotting, as well as having access to amazing restaurants serving fresh seafood. Bike rentals were nearby, making it easy to explore the area at a leisurely pace. If you’re looking for the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, this is the place to be!

We had a lovely peaceful stay. The condo was clean and spacious enough for 4 people. Lots to do around the area and quick travel down to the other Keys which we visited. Restaurants close by and many attractions not far from where we were staying. The community itself was great and the lagoon at our back doorstep was a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Great spot in the resort property . Courtyard outback was tranquil… One young buck who was cleaning his boat on Sat had his music waaaay to loud but once he finished it was quiet again. Bed comfortable, kitchen well stocked. We stayed 2 days on our way down to Key West to enjoy Marathon and Turtle hospital. It was nice also that she allowed less than 3 day rentals :)

Our group of 8 stayed Feb 2025. The home is nicely decorated, clean, and Jose supplied a starter set of toiletries for the shower, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods, some coffee pods, and spices for cooking. They supplied large beach towels for the pool, a small cooler, and noodles. The oasis pool and hot tub were awesome. Don’t miss the second pool by the marina that is heated and a hot tub grotto which was perfect in the evenings. 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, you just can’t beat it! This townhome is located near many restaurants and fun places for activities. You enter the home from the first floor but second floor is the main living area with full kitchen, living room, and nice balcony. Two bedrooms are on the third floor so lots of stairs but worth the trip. First floor has a private king bedroom with a pull out couch in the living area and a small kitchen. Laundry room is in a storage area outside next to the front door. We loved our stay and Jose!

Ana Paula's condo was exactly as described: clean, plenty of amenities, well-organized, and an AMAZING coffee bar. It's proximity to the pools and beach were very convenient. The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed for a week's stay. When we reached out with questions, they responded almost immediately. They even had special "gifts" waiting for us upon arrival as a "thank you" and "congratulations" for our anniversary. It's the best AirBNB we have ever stayed. Highly recommend!

Great place. We would stay here again. Not only was the townhouse pristine, but the grounds around the complex are beautiful! Only thing not so good about the location is it is in the flight path of a small airport. Mostly private jets coming in and out. We overlooked this as the rest of the space and amenities were spot on. Thanks, John!

Let’s start with the obvious great place! The listing is just that super clean, easy access, well taken care of. The best perk is the beach club great pool heated by the way, and a private big beach complete with umbrellas and lounge chairs. A bar and snack place as well. This is a private community and the 25 MPH is strictly enforced, good restaurants just a walk away and it’s so relaxing sunrise is to the back the canals side so cool in the evenings. Fishing and crabbing from the dock! Highly recommend this piece of the keys! Thanks Fred

Amazing marina and water views from two patios (upstairs and down). The area is not especially walkable but restaurants and things to do are all a quick bike or drive away. The pool is completely stunning. My parents adored the place and found it very relaxing. Plenty of space for my spouse and I as well as my parents to enjoy privacy as well as time together. Amenities were great, appreciated having laundry and laundry pods available!

I used to live in the Keys and worked as a Captain in Key Largo, taking Boy Scouts out on scuba live-aboard trips to the reefs. We were a group of 4 celebrating my son's birthday. First, the home is well-equipped with everything you need, including beach towels, and is beautifully decorated. We had access to multiple pools, a grill located under the Tiki hut right outside the back door, and a saltwater pond that I was pleasantly surprised to find had a diverse variety of reef fish to explore while snorkeling in a very protected, calm area. Snorkel gear, kayaks, and a golf cart were included for guests' use. If you have someone with mobility issues, on the ground level, they will have their living room with one step up to the bedroom and one step up into the full bathroom. Dolphin Plus is an 8-minute walk and a great experience! I was able to watch the sunrise over the ocean every morning, and you can fish off the jetty. STAY HERE IF YOU CAN!

This place really felt like home and was exactly what we needed after such an eventful week. Every single thing we needed was there. It was like we did not ever leave home. We loved it sincerely. The hosts were very patient and communicative which we appreciated. I would definitely rent again and again. Highly recommend!!!

Anna’s home is the perfect home away from home in an idyllic picturesque setting. Aside from the convenient location the association is incredible. You never have to leave the kids were happy in pools and lagoon, we met so many people that had been coming for family time year after year. The sunsets from the jetty can’t be beat. You won’t regret this choice. Our group was 3 generations including my 4 and 5 year old, the house allowed us to be together without being crowded together and the balconies were great way to start and end my days.

Such a great stay! The best posturepedic mattresses in Airbnb so restful sleep! The house has all the amenities you need , the bathrooms have music to speakers in the roof for a good vibe showers. The sky terrace is was awesome with big TV , BBQ, Bar. Thank you for the host and surprise pastries next morning. We will definitely be back again!!

From the very clear instructions to get to the condo and then walking into this beautiful and amazingly clean condo, we couldn’t have asked for more!! It’s perfectly located to ALL the condo has to offer and the area!! Recommendations were spot on and welcomed!! We can’t wait to return and stay longer. It was truly perfect for us!! Time just went to fast!!

Great stay! The place was just as described and in a great, private location! Lots of space in the home and beautifully decorated! Would stay here again! Michelle was also extremely responsive and communicative—she accommodated an early check in and some flight cancellations we ran into!

Unit was exactly as pictured. Space was clean and Andy gave great instructions for Check-in on the day of our arrival. Unit was in a good location for access to pool and lagoon. My kids really enjoyed feeding the fish and kayaking at the lagoon. Very relaxing spot. Thanks for a nice stay!

Cristina's townhouse is located in a quiet and safe gated community in Key Largo. It was very easy to find and check in went smoothly. The house was very clean, spacious and matched the photos. It was well stocked with utensils, cookwares and even kayaks that you can take to the lagoon at the center of the community. Cristina was very responsive to some minor issue that we had and even made sure to greet our arrival with a gift basket. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend her place to anyone looking for a rental with great value in Key Largo.

We only stayed one night here, but definitely worth it! Great home, great area, great hosts. We had to catch a late flight on the way into Miami and a late check-in was not a problem. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home and we had a great stay. The only thing we experienced was that the master bedroom air vent didn’t work and air didn’t flow through the duct which caused the room to be hot. Everything else was perfect

We enjoyed our stay at Bodil’s place. Duck Key was beautiful, the place was exactly as described, easy parking, and great central location in the keys. We had a small issue with the pool, and Bodil, Pam, and the rest of the team were responsive and sorted it out same day. Would stay again!
