We kindly ask for pets to stay off furniture / beds & dispose of dog waste from yard. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fee. ***No parties allowed.

This lakefront home is centrally located in Southern Illinois on Lake Centralia. This home has approx. 2300sqft with 3 bedrooms 2 full baths, great room w/ tongue & groove cathedral ceilings providing beautiful lake views. The spacious kitchen has a large island w/ solid surface countertops & bar area. Tucked away in cove is the private beach area with dock perfect for fishing or rafting. You will love the relaxing feel of lake living! We have internet TV options but no DISH or Direct TV.

Originally built in 1918 by a member of the Kohl family, this building has been a focal point of downtown Centralia ever since. The property features old world architecture, with its solid brick structure and rich woodwork, and spectacular courtyard. Newly remodeled with a fresh look and an old world feel, it is a comfortable place for friends and families to stay. This is the main unit of 2 in the building.
