The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive. Had a smooth check-in and a relaxing stay. Would definitely book again!

Janhavi's an excellent host. The place had less reviews but I saw she's a superhost and that was enough for me to go ahead with the bookings. And likewise, she did justice to the tag! The place was as described in the listing with spacious hall, beautiful and cosy rooms, fully furnished storage like drawers, cupboards and sofa set. Place is well-lit, with basic amenities like RO water purifier, gas connection, basic utensils and spices alongside Internet connection and OTV subscriptions! The toilets are well maintained, hygenic with good flow of hot and cold water provision. The self check-in and self check-out method is very unique and offers a seamless experience! She's very responsive, kind-spoken and very prompt in resolving any issues. All in all, a great deal! Looking forward to more such visits! :)

The Apartment is extremely cozy and very well made. I’d recommend this for anybody going to Rishikesh and wants to stay away from hustle & bustle. Note: The main areas of Rishikesh are far from this place. At least 40-45 mins drive.

Kunwar's place was one of the best properties we had recently in Rishikesh. Best part was the presence of a helper staff who was not only a great cook but also very polite helpful person. The place offers open garden area and each room is equipped with privacy and kitchen with clean spacious bathroom attached.
