Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Khem Beach

Accomodation is exactly as you can see in photos. Its “group” of villas which are under one reception where you can also order buffet breakfast, lunch or dinner which you can eat in amazing atmosfere by the reception or they will bring it in your villa. In reception they will help you with everything you need. The villa has amazing vibe, with everyday cleaning and bottles of water. Also towels and soaps are available. The surroundings is not very attractive, but with renting a motorbike you will reach in 15 minutes most beatiful beaches in the island and also 5 minutes to the market or night markets or others. We spend there one week with 2 small kinds and I would highly reccoment it!

Had a great stay and the unit was nicely decorated. The host also provided a nice water dispenser for our group. Easy walk to the beach and food price was much more reasonable than the north of the island. Short (free) bus ride to Sunset town which had great stuff at night. Only minor concern was that floors a little dusty

I stayed here with my family on my trip the Vietnam. The place was clean and the service was very good. They took care of our every need including providing us we a free upgrade to accommodate our large family. The helped us with our daily trips around island. They made our experience to Phu Quoc to be a very pleasant one. Thank you. I would definitely come here again and recommend this place to anyone visiting Phu Quoc.

从预定到入住都非常愉快。老板非常nice，也很帅，房屋管家小姐姐也很热情。房子漂亮干净，与图片一模一样，超出期待。我们这次主要在富国岛南部玩，房子临近海滩，有免费接驳车到海边，距离落日小镇5公里左右。距离机场25分钟左右，位置优越。度假区附近步行可到Dugong超市，可以买买早餐，超市对面买水果，房东每天一箱矿泉水配置，大家就不用在超市买了，这一点也非常贴心。距离北部最大型超市Kingkong mart40分钟。富国岛夜市吃的一般，建议从Googlemap上找评分比较高的店，哪怕是路边店都很好吃。富国岛三日游也超越期待值，非常推荐大家到富国岛玩

C'était les meilleurs vacances de notre vie!!!! Nous étions 8 adultes et 2 bébés et tous s'est déroulé à merveille. L'endroit sailing club signature resort est fantastique, notre co-hote Hagiang était exceptionnelle, super réactive à chacune de nos demandes. Nous avons passé le meilleur séjour, merci beaucoup à Shinsuke et Hagiang, la villa était merveilleuse et l'emplacement est super, proche de tout. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr !

Had a great time with my family at Duong’s place in Phu Quoc! Beautiful home. Spacious. Cool and comfortable. 1 minute walk to beach. Pool in yard and also public pool 1 min walk away. Plenty of room. Nice buffet restaurant right on the premises too. East to get a taxi in just a couple minutes and can be in the city center in 15 mins. Can walk 5 min to a pedestrian mall filled with shops, restaurants and spas. We had a great time and Duong was a perfect host!

I stayed here for four nights with three friends after travelling around Vietnam for two weeks and it was just what we needed to relax and unwind. Comfy beds, fabulous showers, air conditioning, lovely little pool outside or larger pool for more serious swimming very close by and great beach only a short walk away. The support team was extremely helpful and responded quickly. There is a lot of construction going on in the resort but nothing that affected us. Would highly recommend.
