It is suitable for sports-loving guests, even with children, and offers a total of space for 11 guests (2 double beds, 5 single beds, 1 baby bed, 2 sofa beds). Cross-country skiing is right in front of the house. You have a wonderful panorama of the Rechenberg. Directly from the house there are beautiful summer and winter hiking trails.

The house is ideal for family or group of friends up to 19 people. The fantastically beautiful, luxuriously equipped chalet was built in 2017 in the Tyrolean Alpine style with a lot of old wood. The house is located 10 minutes from the mountain doctor's office on a high plateau above the village of Ellmau with a unique view of the Wilder Kaiser. In winter, the ski bus (stop 50 meters away) takes guests to the Ellmau ski resort in 5 minutes. You can ski back to the house.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
