The neighborhood it's very quite and peaceful , fairly near the public transports. The apartment it's very pretty and cozy, and includes all the amenities you could need, we felt like at home. During our stay Dom was always helpful and proactive with every topic, for example he quickly helped us fix one issue with had with internet connection, he's very responsive and easy to talk too, great experience. Overall it was a great stay, highly recommended!

As a family of 4, we had a really good time in Christina's apartment. Communication before 1a. We were unsure about sleeping arrangements for our two young children and Christina was able to help us out so we didn't have to bring anything in this regard. This was very handy. The residential area was quiet, we hardly noticed anything from the two dogs. We were able to park the car in front of the door and also take a few excursions on foot. All in all, a nice stay.

We were really comfortable in David’s flat. The bed was really comfortable and it was a very quiet area. David was quick to get back to us when we asked a question and Innsbruck was wonderful as ever.

The place is neat, clean, has every necessity provided. The blinds inside and a mini-terrace are very nice additions. The shower might be a little less spacious than usual, but using it was manageable. Would stay again.

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

We had a great stay at this place. It’s cozy, has enough room for a family and is really close to the ski-resort. Just the perfect home for a family skiing vacation.

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Just beautiful! We felt very comfortable and would have preferred not to move out at all. The area is a dream, everything important is within walking distance, you are super fast at the lake and the house is also beautiful. We really lacked nothing. Everything was also provided for our children, changing mat, high chair... Everything was there. Our dog was also welcome, which pleased us very much, as it is not easy to find nice accommodations with a dog. It was very quiet and we had lots of space. The terrace is huge and the sauna is also great! I'm sure we'll be back! Thank you for everything!

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

We enjoyed the stay in the modern, clean and tastefully decorated apartment. The Nespresso machine and the direct view of the countryside were also great, so the living space was nice and bright. There is a fence around the chic balcony, so our dog could also feel comfortable and safe outside. Also as a small family with a dog a feel-good oasis, thank you!

The place was amazing! Peaceful and quiet and so close to the gondola and to downtown. Gabriele was super nice and hospitable. Highly recommend!

The apartment is fantastic and perfectly located in Schliersee. The photos almost don't do it justice. We felt more than comfortable with Rainer and his wife. The two welcomed us with fruit, snacks and many good tips and were very caring! Thank you both! We will be happy to come back!

Terrific location and access to the tram. Everything was extremely clean. Check in, check out, and all communication was on point. Highly recommended.

We felt extremely comfortable and would have preferred to stay for 2 weeks. Everything you need is sufficiently available. Our kids loved it too. We will be very happy to come back if we are around. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the decor is very tasteful and the amenities are great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are within walking distance. We also received very helpful tips for excursion destinations from the hosts.

Staying with Franziska and her family was wonderful! Communication with Franziska went smoothly and above all her answers came super quickly. In addition, the location is highly recommended - it is very quiet and yet very close to the S-Bahn, which is why you are quickly in Munich or Lake Starnberg. The absolute highlight for our 6-year-old son was that he could play basketball and football and that there were also toys in the accommodation - that was also great for our baby. There is also nothing wrong with the apartment itself and everything was wonderful all around:) After a few days there were also fresh towels including a few sweet treats. From that point we can only give 5+ stars and can recommend it to everyone and we will be very happy to come back :)
