The apartment is located on the modern 1st floor of a former farm. With your visit, you have the opportunity to use the entire 4000 sqm property. This also includes a campfire area, an outdoor grill and a large terrace, as well as a 20m long balcony. There are also 2 spacious covered parking spaces for cars. Whether camping with the kids in the garden, letting the dog romp outside, enjoying the sun freely or simply enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside undisturbed. HERE it is possible!

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.
