Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus liegt ländlich in waldreicher Umgebung in Kallinchen und bietet den idealen Rückzugsort für alle, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen Das Haus verfügt über eine private Sauna und einen Kaminofen. Nach einem Spaziergang durch die waldreiche Umgebung lädt der Kamin zum Aufwärmen und Entspannen ein. Absolut abgelegen liegt dieses Tiny House auf einem 2,5 Hektar großen Waldgrundstück (neben zwei weiteren Ferienhäusern) in der Natur des Spreewaldes. Das Ferienhaus wird jetzt das erste Mal vermietet nachdem es umfangreich erneuert wurde. Du findest eine gut ausgestattete Küche, drei Doppelbetten, eine Klimaanlage und einen Kamin vor. In den umliegenden Wäldern kannst du wandern, du kannst im nahegelegenen See baden, angeln oder Kanu fahren.

Entspannter Urlaub am See oder arbeiten nah Berlin

Sie wohnen mit Wasserzugang zum Pätzer Vordersee: im EG im Haus am See. Die Bahn (Bahnhof 900 m) fährt stündlich nach Berlin oder in den Spreewald. Von der offenen Wohnküche gelangen Sie in zwei separate Schlafzimmer. Eine Terrasse lädt zum Frühstücken oder Relaxen ein. Ein Kanadier und ein Ruderboot können ausgeliehen werden. Die Bootstouren starten direkt am Grundstück. Auf Wunsch stehen zwei Fahrräder bereit.
