Monthly Rentals in Kīholo Bay

My first impression upon entering Kaia's airbnb is that it was immaculately clean. Everything from the kitchen, to the bathroom and laundry are functioning properly. The owner is friendly and respectful of privacy as well Sitting in the deck is very peacefu with a slight breeze. It sits above Kona so the weather is much cooler. The neighborhood is quiet and a nice place to do morning walks. Yiu can also see the sunset and ocean from the studio's bedroom window. This was our favourite place that we’ve ever stayed in Hawaii! The condo was private and located in a great spot within the gated community. The lanai was a beautiful place to enjoy our meals, and had an excellent and private view of the pond and grounds outside. Inside was very clean and well stocked with all the cookware, toiletries, and beach supplies that we needed for our vacation. Our host even left us a very nice bottle of wine to welcome us on our first day. The pool and hot tub were clean and quiet, an excellent way to end the day. Sandy beaches including Hapuna, Kua Bay, and Mauna Kea were all located within a 10-20 minute drive from the door. The closest beach, A-Bay, was a 10-15 minute walk away and a great place to watch the sunset and see the turtles come up the beach to sleep for the night. Overall we would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to visit Hawaii, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

What an incredible find - tucked in the hills and trees above Kailua Kona, parrots singing at dusk, it is an absolute dream escape. Treats on arrival, beach chairs + umbrella + cooler + snorkel gear made available making beach time luxurious, nice hot shower w good pressure, very functional kitchen and a grill, hot tub always ready - what more can you want?

This is a lovely space, immaculate, thoughtfully stocked, and conveniently located. I found myself thinking, "wow, nice touch" frequently, and Ruth is super helpful and friendly but also respectful of your privacy. And if you step out into the street (which is quiet), you can watch the sunset over the ocean. Don't hesitate to book it. I'm really glad I did. It's one of the best vacation rentals I've seen.
