Charming And Cosy 300 yr Old Thatched Cottage.

Self Catering This 300 yr old Thatched Cottage has been restored and has some of the original features like the original fire place , original floors and old style furniture, we tried to maintain as much of an authentic old time atmosphere as possible whilst also providing for comfort and pleasure. Some of the rooms are small . The road outside the cottage can be busy at times you will need to take care going out of the driveway the traffic mirror will help you out .

This is a gorgeous little hut built in the top corner of a hay barn, but has the feeling of a comfortable treehouse. It is located in a peaceful rural setting overlooking a field. It is quite near other buildings in which we live, but it is totally private. Access requires climbing two short flights of sturdy steps which bring you on to its balcony Kilkenny city is a handy 20 minute drive away, but a car is needed as there is no public transport. A perfect place to retreat to.
