The koufiakas boathouse is 50 square meters and is located right in front of Pollonia beach (in the most beautiful traditional village). It is recently renovated and fully equipped. It has a refrigerator, electric stove and air-conditioner. The visitor can enjoy the view of the sea even if he is lying in his bed. The house is located in a quiet location with a breathtaking view and, at the same time, 10 minutes walk away from taverns, shops, supermarkets, banks etc. Moving around: In a 5 minutes walking distance there is a bus stop. By car, it is a 6 minutes drive to Sarakiniko (the moon beach), 7 minutes drive to the port and 15 to the airport. We're also very close to Plaka village (the capital of Milos) and Mandrakia fishing village.
