This air bnb has everything you need ! They thought about everything. Love the location , loved the outdoor space . Super peaceful and private. Jim was very helpful and a very nice guy. One thing that was off was that they gave us a broken bowl but other than that everything was great! Lots to do near by and crystal river is super nice if your into adventure. My only recommendation is to bring lots of bug spray!

Loved staying here, very homely and perfect location just a short walk from the water. Being able to kayak to a local restaurant was a fantastic experience, and the next morning run a loop to Three Sisters Springs (c5k loop) - or 4/5 min drive. Lovely place to cook at home and have dinner in - very happy customers!

We had a few flight snafus upon arriving, but she accommodated us. We didn't have wifi during the flight so we couldn't communicate. Somehow she made it all work out for our first time ever staying in an Airbnb. Despite having written directions for using the AC, still found it difficult to coordinate it in different rooms. It turned out to be a minor problem as the weather stayed beautiful most of the time!

We had a great stay here with the family. The house is superb, very well-equipped. We enjoyed the washer and dryer in the middle of our Florida road trip. Everything was perfect in this home. We highly recommend.
