Welcome to the beautiful cottage that is ‘Brook View’. You can find number six nestled amongst a row of period cottages opposite the babbling stream and aged willow. Across the village is the local pub or if a cup of tea is more you piece of cake, the village cafe. There are plenty or rambing walks through the woods or bike routes along the canal. Although in a piece full setting there are plenty of local amenities and attractions very close by! We look forward to welcoming you x
“A lovely warm welcome to our 4 week stay - heating and side lamps on for our arrival; instantly felt at home. Thoughtfully left out litter tray, supplies and treats for our (last minute change of plan) cat! Really pretty quaint cottage, comfortable and homely. Shower is amazing. Bedrooms "cottagy" with comfy beds with spotless white bed linen. I like to sleep with window open so fell asleep every night to soothing sound of the brook accross the road. Breakfast hamper and consumables all made available, including a large cookie jar full of biscuits for a cuppa. The hosts Lynne & Chris were friendly and on-hand without being intrusive - a really nice genuine couple, as were the neighbours!”
A double room in a 17th century cottage surrounded by a small holding in woodland and countryside. Close to the West Midlands, South Staffordshire and Shropshire - a home from home. The cottage is approached on a bridal path/farm track. Please note that there are pot holes so care is needed.
“Such a lovely place! I can’t recommend highly enough. Quiet and relaxing. Comfy bed. Super yummy breakfast! Nice little touches. Jill and her husband are lovely and were very welcoming but also totally respected my privacy. The set up at this property means that even though you are at someone’s house, you feel as if you are in your own space. Very well done. I ate dinner at the Red Lion in Bobbington, a short drive away - super service and super food. Great value for money and lovely experience to stay at Jill’s - don’t give it a second thought... book it!”

“We thoroughly recommend staying here. The cottage and garden are lovely. The house was really clean and very well equipped. We found our way round really easily . The garden is beautiful too, with mature plants and trees and a pond! We were there for a wedding so it would have helped to have a full length mirror, otherwise faultless.”
