Our guest house is detached from the main house, and has the feel of a one bedroom apartment. The space is recently renovated, with new paint, carpet and furniture. The decor is modern/crisp. You will have onsite/street parking, and can access the outside BBQ. We are both teachers, with a young family and good values, and expect to have good residents come and stay with us. We can give you privacy. We are only 900m from Suttons Beach. Please note, we do not offer wi-fi.
“This space is lovely! Had all the things I needed including a nice little study desk and a kitchen for cooking as I was needing that for my 3 night stay. Bed was super comfy and the coffee machine was a nice added bonus for my early starts!The hosts were friendly and ensured I had everything I needed. This is a 3 bedroom two storey townhouse with 2.5 bathrooms. It can easily accomodate up to 5 people. Located in a secure complex less than 200 metres from Kippa-Ring train station and a 5 minute walk to the local Kippa-Ring shopping precinct. Great location to enjoy the beach and all that the Redcliffe Peninsula has to offer! The complex is family friendly with two on site swimming pools.

“We had a fantastic stay at Adam’s house! It was spacious, exceptionally clean, tidy, and definitely great value-for-money! The location is advantageous to explore all of the greater Sunshine Coast - Brisbane - Gold Coast area (as well as Redcliffe itself of course) as you are right in the middle. Moreover, a train station is nearby, and the house’s driveway allows you to park your car conveniently next to your door. Shopping Centre, dining out, Redcliffe's beaches - all closeby. And what a pleasure to meet Adam and his young family! All 4 of them lovely people we liked to hang out with, and Adam was always at hand and really helpful when we had any requests. We also got to know the older neighbours to the right which were really nice people and always available for a friendly and informative chat. To my opinion, Adam is one of those rising Airbnb stars, doing many things the right way, likely leading to becoming a Superhost in the not-so-distant future. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.”
