Keep it simple with this sweet mountain condo! 5 min walk to the lifts. The building is next to Kirkwood meadow for easy access to cross-country skiing in winter and walking trails in the summer. A perfect place to spend the weekend or work remote at Kirkwood. Room for a crew of 4 to crash after a day of hitting the slopes with a Queen and twin XL bunk beds. Spring has sprung! Kirkwood Ski Resort still has a ton of new snow. We are 50 minutes from the ski resort. Our apartment is located under our main house, with its own keyless private entrance. You'll enjoy a quiet and peaceful setting among tall pines, with wildlife abound. We're powered with a whole house generator in case of an outage, which includes full power to the apartment. World class wineries are a 30 minute drive, or visit our historical gold rush towns.
