A lovely home from home cottage with all amenities you'll ever need. Even provided stairs gates and a high chair upon request. Great location to explore the area and having a pub within 1 minute walk is a bonus!

Lovely stay at Amy's place. Lovely quiet location with friendly neighbours. Park and beautiful duck pond just down the road. Busses to Hunstanton are really frequent from just round the corner (and such a bargain too!). The house was bigger than we expected and had lovely space inside and out to relax as a family. My only drawback would be the fact there's no stair gate upstairs, just at the bottom of the stairs. My children are 6 and 7 so wasn't bothered about keeping access from the stairs but did have a restless time at night worrying about them getting up and losing their bearings - particularly as the stairs are very steep. And some oven gloves would have been handy (no pun intended!). Appreciated the clear instructions about check in, guidance about the best street to park on and the reminder about the bath towels as that part had escaped my attention! Can recommend this lovely cottage to get away from it all, thankyou Amy.

We had a lovely 3 night stay. What really made it for us was Laura and ash’s kindness and warmth, the location and the beautiful outside space including the great hot tub. It’s such a peaceful location with country/woodland walks from the front door but villages/amenities within easy reach. There are loads of lovely places to visit within 30 mins drive. The chalet is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s not brand new but was warm, comfy and clean with everything in good working order. We all slept well. The shower is not the most powerful but we found it fine. I think it’s really good value for what is on offer.

My Mum and I stayed for 1 night. What an amazing place. Denise showed us around and was very informative, she showed how to use the Sauna and the Hot tub safely - the hot tub even has Bluetooth so we were able to enjoy some tunes. We had a wonderful time and even enjoyed a brilliant view of the magical sunset. Enjoyed the home made wine we purchased, it was delicious. In the morning Denise gave mum a bunch of flowers that she had picked in her garden. We would thoroughly recommend a night or two here.

Lovely stay at Avocet House. Really relaxing,cottage was lovely & clean. Wine & fresh flowers on arrival. Easy to access lots of walks in the local area. Close to the beach,only a couple minutes walk. Claire was great from start to finish excellent communication. Would highly recommend. Thank you,we had a lovely time

Really lovely peaceful cabin. It looks smaller from the outside than it feels inside, id say perfectly formed with all you need for a relaxing break. We felt right at home straight away. We walked for miles with the dogs on the beach, almost had the whole beach to ourselves. I imagine in the summer it would be beautiful with the doors open out on to the deck, the lake is so peaceful. We will definitely be back. The Observatory around 2.5 mile walk each way on the beach was a lovely spot for breakfast, great coffee and lots of dietary requirements catered for (vegan, gluten free)

It was our first time at Tattershall lakes and we had a lovely time in Tracey’s caravan, she’s a great host and has good communication. It’s a nice and clean caravan and has all the facilities you need to live there. The hot tub was such a luxury and we loved going in. The welcome basket is also so nice and warming, the kids were so excited! It’s around a 15 minute walk to the main facilities but we didn’t mind as it’s nice to get out and walk. The RAF planes are really close and quite noisy and our youngest wasn’t a fan, but you can hear them from any part of the site so you can’t avoid them. Overall, I’d recommend staying as we had the best time.

Amazing place to stay if you’re looking for something quiet and peaceful. Moreover, Jules and Paul were incredible hosts and made us feel like home. Can’t wait to visit again soon

1st class communication and welcome from our hosts. One minor hiccup was solved quickly and completely. Loved the hot tub and walk-in shower. We also appreciated the welcome pack and gift 🥰
