Beachfront vacation rentals in Kite Beach

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo is very spacious, sparkling clean, had plenty of bath and beach towels, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and even a few games/kids toys. The views were even more beautiful than the photos. The condo complex is gated with security at the entrance from the road and from the beach. The downtown was just a 10-15 minute walk along the beach and the whole area felt very safe. Luis was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

I would like to start with the pros: The house and pool were awesome and as described. We spent many hours by or in the pool. My kids loved it. the house was spacious and the kitchen had space to prepare food. The security in the neighborhood seemed quite good and the fence and gate around the house made everyone feel very safe. Our host was very easy to communicate with and she responded quickly. I would say however that we did have some issues with the toilets not filling back up and this lead to some less than desirable experiences. We mentioned the problem a few days in and unfortunately nothing was solved by the time we left. I don't know how easy or hard it is to get a plumber in so it might not have been the hosts fault. the showers are also not great. A few situations that we had asked for things that were missing or not working, or needed to be replaced and unfortunately the solutions never happened. Overall I liked the house and the host. I would recommend.

Ubaldo & Iris are exceptional hosts. They knew I was travelling alone & were always checking in with me to ensure I was safe & comfortable. They also gave many local recommendations. By the time I left I felt like part of their family!

Beautiful place and wonderful hosts! It's nothing like waking up to ocean views. The hosts were also super responsive and were very flexible. We wanted to leave our luggage behind for a bit longer and they were very accommodating. The only drawback is they didn't provide shampoo

To start... one of my best experiences on this platform. Mary who is the co-host of a SUPER PRO girl greeted me with so much love and made sure everything was working before leaving. The apartment super nice and clean and the best part is that it has EVERYTHING basic that you are going to nesecitar in your stay. This one is going to do another place that adds to my favorites list.

Nicely updated condo with 2 beds in each room, sufficient kitchen amenities, linens, and third floor balcony that is very private & quiet overlooking golf course (compared to condos overlooking pool). A quick walk to the beach front thru Bldg 1 breezeway. Easy to find complex at the southeast end of Playa Dorada. Within Playa Dorada, there are few restaurants but our solution was driving to Jumbo & Sirena markets in Puerto Plata for groceries & cooking our own meals. We had a small dilemma at checkin with the office staff searching for a key to the condo when we needed a 5 digit code from the owner to open the door. The owner immediately responded & we entered the condo easily. The complex has few people weekdays but fills up with condo owners on the weekend. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

The apt was beautiful. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. I will definently stay there again!

This home was a gem! Located in a great location about a block from the beach, lots of stores and supermarkets, great restaurants on the strip and nice nightlife, while still being quiet back at the home. The house is beautiful and was clean comfortable and very safe. Hosts were very attentive, welcoming and patient considering it was a bit last minute. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Puerto Plata.

A great escape. Apartment is first floor, ocean facing and lovely. Spacious and great. My kids and I loved it! Chef recommendation was affordable and amazing experience. Will definitely be booking again!

Rosa’s beach apartment was absolutely beautiful down to the decorations down to feeling right at home access to a pool and a private beach my family and I had a wonderful time at Rosa’s apartment. I would definitely recommend and would love to come back. Rosa was very nice and polite and very responsive and attentive gave us recommendations to restaurants and things to do around her Airbnb. If you’re looking to have a great time with great atmosphere. This is your go to Airbnb. we cannot thank you enough Rosa.

The service 1A is always at the ódiesese and the staff is very good, just as in the photo the place

This unit was amazing! It was perfect for our family of four. It was just a few steps onto the beach and surrounding beach accessible restaurants. The vibe was great. We dont wind surf but got to watch others enjoy the activity from the patio every day. The place was clean and tidy. The interior was beautifully designed and decorated for an eclectic but comfortable feel. We would definitely stay again!

The apartment was lovely. The rooms and beds were perfect for our group. The beach and pool were really nice. The staff within the complex were friendly and very helpful. The large balcony had comfortable seating and a great view of the ocean.

My husband and I stayed at villa Sirena for 2 months this winter. We loved the location and the home. The staff working at the villa are outstanding workers and amazing people. Any issues that came up were dealt with immediately. The Villa is an excellent place to accommodate guests as each room has an ensuite and the home is spacious enough so that everyone has their own space. The walk into town along the beach is amazing. Highly recommend this place to a family or a group of friends!!!

Great stay in Cabarete right off kite beach. We came here last year and liked it so much we decided to come again. Great airbnb for a family or group of kiters. Huge living room with tons of seating, balcony with incredible views, and feels very safe! Will come visit again

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The location is incredible being inside the resort. Very close to the beach, beautiful views, multiple swimming pools. Absolutely loved it for our place to stay. I personally would not recommend the all inclusive package. The restaurants and availability of access to included food and beverage is limited. Also just be aware that EVERYONE at the resort is trying to sell you something. Similar to many all inclusive resorts but felt more persistent.

The condo was lovely! Was actually bigger than I expected. We spent hours on the balcony which was very comfortable. It was alway cool with a breeze off the ocean. The communal grounds were perfectly maintained. Really nice. We loved sitting in the colourful chairs watching the kite surfers. Nice deep pool with plenty of comfy lounge chairs plus a shaded spot for mid afternoons. The master bedroom was amazing. The back bedroom was noisy from the road traffic. Kitchen was nicely equipped. We cooked several meals at home. Both Linka and Cyril were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. They arranged a driver for us at the airport that we ended up using throughout the month. Overall a very nice experience. If we come back to DR we will re book this place.

We are already in Nikolay's apartment for the 2nd time and will come again. As a windsurfer/kiter, the perfect location with the possibility to store your things on the terrace. Nikolay is great, if there is an issue, he responded to the messages within a short time and resolved it without complications.

We stayed for 2 months at Bay Rock and had a lovely time. Ronald and the team were responsive and addressed issues that came up. There were a few things / repairs that were needed, but the team addressed them quickly. Overall the space was great. There is not a balcony but the rest of the facilities - pool / sitting area etc. were great and the beach was exceptional.
