I did this place first class please enjoy it like I do , no smoking inside we like to keep the place smelling good by all means smoke outside with a nice cold beer enjoying the pool watching sports on the outside bar , enjoy life! PLEASE NOTE THAT AT THE MOMENT THERE IS A CONSTRUCTION SITE JUST BEHIND OUR PROPERTY. Cute and cozy little private guesthouse inside a main property in quiet and nice gated community, 200 meters from the beach, 24/7 security, full size bed, equipped kitchen, private bathroom with shower. Wifi is provided through an extender so it is not always reliable. AC is an extra cost of 7 us$ per night. NO TV. There is a dog on the property, her name is Ella. No Smoking
