Es befindet sich ein großer Spielplatz in 500m Entfernung. Supermarkt und Pizzeria 1km entfernt. Viele kleine Wanderungen bis hin zu schwierigen Tagestouren sind vom Haus aus machbar. Bester Ausgangspunkt für eine Mountainbiketour auf den Pendling (Hausberg). Alpinisten werden hier ebenso glücklich werden wie Familien mit kleinen Kindern.

You will feel comfortable in our quiet centrally located accommodation with a garden terrace for you to relax. Located near the forest you can start directly to a hike. In 5 minutes walking distance you can reach the swimming pool with natural lake and the tennis courts. Within a radius of 15 km there are 5 golf courses and for cycling and mountain biking it is ideal even with kids. The center with restaurants is close and offers a vacation feeling all around. To Kitzbühel it is only 5 km.

The sunny, very bright and spacious vacation apartment is located on the garden floor of the Rosenhof and has a spacious terrace with direct access to the garden with a fantastic view of Lake Thiersee and the surrounding mountains.

The 60.00 m² and comfortably furnished apartment is located on the 1st floor (without elevator) in our Alpenlodge house in the tranquil Tyrolean vacation resort of Landl, approx. 7 minutes by car from the beautiful Thiersee and an hour's drive from Munich. The apartment offers a bedroom, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, a private infrared sauna and a covered balcony with a view of the surrounding mountains.

Unser Haus liegt in sonniger, ruhiger und zentraler Lage. Kurze Wege machen das Auto überflüssig, um das großzügige Freizeitangebot in Brixen im Thale im Sommer und Winter optimal nutzen zu können. Viele Einrichtungen, wie Supermarkt, Trafik, Bäckerei, sind leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Buchungen im Winter ab 6 Nächte und im Sommer ab 5 Nächte möglich. Keine Kinderermäßigung! An und Abreise im Winter nur Samstag. Anreise im Sommer nur Freitag, Samstag und Montag.
