Wildkogel Arena is about 5 minutes away, Kitzbühel ski area approx. 15 minutes Gerlos-Königsleiten, Zell am See/Kaprun about 25 minutes.

The holiday apartment lies on the first floor and offers a total size of 78m2 incl. balcony. It comprises 2 double bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, a sitting/dining area and a new bathroom. Ski in, Ski out! Besser kann man dieses wunderschöne, freistehende Chalet direkt an der Skipiste von Kirchberg nicht kennzeichnen. Morgens direkt auf die Piste, ohne Skibus oder Schlange stehen - phantastisch! Das Chalet steht an der Piste zur Fleckalmbahn. Das Chalet wurde 2016 renoviert und nach dem neuesten Standard eingerichtet. Skiraum bzw. Abstellraum ist direkt im gleichen Gebäude vorhanden.
