With meticulous attention to detail and a lot of passion, we built our Alpegg Chalets: six cozy chalets made from natural wood, ideal for hiking days, ski vacations, or relaxing wellness retreats. Unique location between Loferbach and Berg in a secluded location and yet only 3-5 minutes' walk from the town center and the ski lift. 120m from the house is the Lofer waterfall, relaxed sleeping with the sound of the stream in the background... The apartment has a south-facing balcony and large west-facing terrace overlooking the Steinberge, which invites you to chill, a fireplace makes sleeping in the canopy bed particularly cozy.

The studio , "Wilder Kaiser" in the Koasaburg awaits you at the middle station of the Harschbichl cable car at 1200 m. Right in front of the accommodation, hiking trails, a mountain bike route, a high ropes course with Flying Fox above the Angerer-Alm mountain lake, a mountain card track and the slopes of the St. Johann in Tyrol ski resort. Enjoy the unique view of the valley and the Wilder Kaiser directly from the window or the private balcony.

Our cozy double rooms offer a living area of approx. 20 sqm. The room is equipped with a large double bed, a sitting area, a small kitchenette and a modern bathroom (shower and toilet). Each double room has direct access to a private balcony and our garden can also be used. In front of the garden, a small stream ripples and invites you to relax! Please note that only 1 toddler can be accommodated in the crib in the rooms.

The sun-drenched cozy chalet on the ground floor has a bedroom with a king size bed and a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom with shower (hairdryer)/ toilet. The living room-kitchen has a ceramic hob, a cooker hood and a fridge with a freezer. There are also electrical appliances such as a coffee machine and a toaster. The ski bus stops 30 m away and runs every 30 minutes directly in front of the lifts.

The house offers a total of 16 beds with 5 cozy bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms and a spacious fully equipped kitchen.
