Had a great stay! Close to the slopes and a good house. We would definitely come back here

the apartment is very spacious and very comfortable.

we booked for a weeks skiing the area. accomadation was as described and adequate for 3 of us. it fulfilled all we needed as we're out all day into the evening and primarily used for sleep. accomadation is a 10 -15 mins walk from town and ski lift. there is a bus stop but we prefer to walk. what stood out was kates correspondence with us. she advised of places to eat, drink, suggested mountain hut bar crawls!! she provided more than enough information/hints. her response was quick, even to the point when I asked questions during my stay. for us bear hutte was perfect and the way it's run a credit to kate. some say it's small. it is not the biggest we've stayed but for 3 lads this was not an issue. price wise was very good also.

Lovely apartment at an old Austrian wooden building. We were two couples with two kids under 2, we got two baby beds, and the Host even left some toys for them. The Host takes care of a farm with horses, ponys and chickens, and you can go there and visit them– this was a highlight for the kids! The owner of the apartment lives close by, and was extremely attentive and very nice🙏 The apartment was really clean, the bathroom and kitchen is all renovated. I would totally recommend this place!

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Was very nice, were in Kössen for a wedding. Can imagine that you can easily switch off here. It is very easy to keep, you should be aware of that. Johannes is a totally nice and flexible host! And the neighborhood is incredibly clean!

Beautiful area and the opportunity to stay in a pretty old farmhouse. When can you enjoy staying in an almost 100-year-old house. Relaxation and deceleration goes very well here. The descriptions of the landlord are all apt, check in and out very easy. Highly recommend.

My mother and I were two on a hiking tour and the idyllic room with Johannes’ was perfect for this. In general, it can be said that the communication was extremely friendly and appreciative and we felt very comfortable. Highly recommended! Best regards

We were visiting as a group of nine and had a very nice time at Johannes's farm. The yard and rooms are very cozily furnished, communication with Johannes was very straightforward. The cowshed is located directly at the yard, so you should not be too bothered by the smell in some rooms. But that's the charm of the property. There is everything you need for a cozy and simple stay.

If you are looking for a holiday beyond the hotel hustle and bustle, this is the case. Johannes offers great accommodation in his quaint farmhouse. The charming atmosphere invites you to relax and you can relax. The house is quiet and idyllically located. Also highly recommended for vacationers with a dog, ours loved it. Johannes is a likeable, open-minded host and has good tips for things to do in the region. We enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back.
