Vacation rentals in Kitzbühel District

I had wonderful time in the area. The view was great and romana was very helpful.

Karin's place was perfect for our ski trip. It was spacious, clean, and in great condition. We enjoyed the soft tub and the sauna after skiing each day. The location was great too - close to the train station (but we didn't hear the trains at night) and a short walk to a free bus that's just a couple minutes from the gondola. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great stay!

Evelyne's place was spacious, well-equipped and had a lovely view, which could be enjoyed from the living room area and from the balcony. There were "extras" like board games and colored pencils for kids, and a rack to dry and store your ski boots, which was very helpful. Parking was right on the property. The town was about a half-hour drive to many wonderful ski sites. And we found a great place to rent equipment right in town. It was a perfect place to stay during our ski vacation. I'm sure it would also be lovely for a summer hiking vacation. It's a town that offers peace and quiet, rather than a lot of attractions. That suited us. Evelyne was also helpful in answering questions we had. Would definitely stay there again.

Zentral, ruhig und modern – ein perfektes Appartment für Kitzbühel!

We had a very nice stay in the appartement in Fieberbrunn. The appartment was very clean and very well equiped! The terrace is the main reason we chose this accomodation and it did not disappoint: spacious and calm, with the sauna and a nice view as absolute plus point. Communication with the owner went very smooth in addition to the the self check-in. We would definitily recommend staying here and are planning to come back in winter time.

Krankheitsbedingt sind wir leider nur zu zweit angereist. Mein Sohn und ich haben die Reise dann allein angetreten. Die Wohnung war natürlich in dieser Zeit zu groß für uns. Aber wir haben uns in der ersten Minute sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir standen stundenlang im Stau und haben uns besonders über die Kaffeemaschine gefreut. Die Betten waren unglaublich bequem und das große Badezimmer einfach perfekt. Vom Wohn/ Esszimmer hat man 2 Bergwände im Blick. Für mich als Bergnarrische beim Frühstück und Abendessen ein Traum. Der Balkon bietet am Abend direkte Sonneneinstrahlung. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr zu fünft wieder kommen. Liebe Grüße Christina

Perfect location with ski in/out

Die Unterkunft verfügt über alles was man benötigen könnte. Das Check in lief problemlos und die Kommunikation lief sehr gut.

Wij verbleven met vier personen, twee volwassenen en twee tieners, in het huis van Tamara. We hebben het ontzettend fijn gehad! Het huis is gemakkelijk te vinden en ligt in een prachtig gebied om te skiën. Het uitzicht is adembenemend en er is veel te doen in de omgeving. De bakker, restaurants, supermarkt, enzovoort, zijn op loopafstand. Elke ochtend gingen we te voet naar de bakkerij broodjes halen in een typisch Oostenrijks hutje, op 5 minuten loopafstand. Zeker aan te bevelen! De woning was precies zoals beschreven, schoon en ruim: Veel verschillende ruimtes, zodat je als gezin ieder een eigen plekje kan opzoeken. Het door glas omgeven terras was mijn favoriete plekje. Tamara was bij onze aankomst aanwezig en heeft de woning uitgebreid laten zien. Daarnaast is ze altijd beschikbaar voor tips en adviezen, zoals het maken van een reservering bij een restaurant. We voelden ons helemaal thuis bij Tamara en kunnen iedereen aanraden hier te verblijven!
