Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). You can do this in our sunny 2-room apartment (65 m²) in Frauenland with a large southwest terrace and direct access to the pool and garden. Pool and garden is also used by us. A kettle grill is available for grilling. With the bus lines 14, 114 and 214 you can reach the city centre in 10 minutes and the university at Hubland in 2 minutes.

Obergeschoss mit Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essecke, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Balkon bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen.

Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world."
