Only a sofa bed, 150 cm wide. Private entrance and parking. Quiet and comfortable. Close to Kivik ,the sea ,and the national park. I also live in the yard. My family is coming in the summer, so then there will be a bit of life. But nothing that is usually heard. There are also 2 apartments in the large house. See my profile. Stay in your own apartment in one of the lengths of a four-length schoolyard in the middle of Brösarp "the gateway to Österlen". Immediate proximity to all the comforts of the village. Here you stay well in two rooms and kitchen with toilet and shower room. There are 2 extra beds available, i.e. a total of 6 beds. The beds are made when you arrive, both sheets and towels are included! Idyllic for those who want to experience stunning scenery as you can enjoy the garden with flowing streams and grazing sheep on the surrounding hills.

A larger bedroom with a double bed (an iron bed consisting of two single beds that are put together) and a smaller one with a single bed and a small workplace. Bathroom with shower. In the best location with views of the sea and Kivik's beautiful buildings. Here you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Large living room, dining room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, guest toilet and kitchen. Close to restaurants, the beach, a fishmonger and a grocery store. Large wooden deck with dining table and sun-loungers! Some of the house is completely newly renovated with bedroom, bathroom and private exit to terrace. The kitchen will be renovated in February/March 2026.

Stengatan Kivik - next to the sea

Welcome to our renovated guest cottage in Kivik's old fishing village. Within a hundred meters you find the beach, playground and restaurants. The cottage has a new fridge and stove with oven. Within reach is Buhres Fish and other restaurants in the harbor. The bedroom has a new king size bed. You have access to the garden, mostly to yourself. The accommodation is suitable for 1-2 people. Bring bed linen, or rent for 150 SEK/p. You do the final cleaning yourself.

Small house in Kivik

Welcome to our guest house, which we call Brygghuset and which was built in 2022. It is located a little individually in a large lush garden belonging to Villa Solbacken, our permanent residence in Skogsdala, Kivik. From the house it is within walking distance to Kivik harbor, beach and restaurants. Important to note is that the house has a steep staircase to the loft and no gates, i.e. not childproofed.

You can even see the golfers at hole 3 on Djupadal's golf course!
