The apartment is on the second floor and has a large kitchen/dining area/living room, three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. Private patio with wooden deck and furniture as well as barbecue facilities. A pond with wind protection and fireplace for cozy evenings. Approximately 10 minutes' walk to the historic Östarps Gästgiveri. 3 km to the grocery store and about 5 km to the nearest lake where you can swim and rent a boat for fishing.

There is salt and pepper in the cottage. Toilet paper for the first evening 4 beds, 2 of them in the sleeping loft. 2 horses, a cat and two rabbits are available. 2 km to the grocery store in the village. Lovely nature, and cafe in the forest (weekends). Some of Skåne's best spas nearby. 15 min by car to Sjöbo.

Sleep well, wake up well rested. We make the bed for you and clean after you leave. 1-3 guests and pets are welcome in this room, in a separate building. You have your own toilet. But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. We have chickens and a cat. Beautiful nature. 15 minutes by car to Lund city. 22 minutes to Malmö. Welcome :)

If necessary, there is a tent pitch for extra guests just outside the house. Linens, extra guests and firewood can be included at fair prices. Please, no shoes inside.

Peaceful house on the countryside of Lund/Malmö

This cozy cottage idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking trails, bike trails and horse farms. The city of Malmö is 30km away, the city of Lund 25km away. Malmö airport at 8km, Österlen 50km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 3 bed rooms, as the pictures show, and has got all facilities like washing machine, TV, wifi, air condition and a large living room. Bedlinen and towels are included.

The Cottage in nature with a wood-fired sauna

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
