The house is one large room and is located in the Tønder marsh in the southwestern corner of South Jutland, near Møgeltønder, Rudbøl, and Tønder. There are large windows offering a 360-degree view of nature and fields. You can choose to block out the view with the blinds and create a more cozy evening atmosphere as needed. In front of the house, you can see the great egret in the lake, and there is a chance to spot harriers, swallows, ducks, and more, as well as large flocks of starlings in spring/autumn – a veritable cloud of black. All of this helps provide a nature-friendly experience.

Captain's Gadget

The Käptn's Koje is located on the upper floor of the house and offers healthy living on approx. 43 square meters of living space directly under the thatch with a direct exit to a roof terrace. From there you not only have a view over the North Frisian fields fields, but also a free sun option until the evening hours. The roof terrace is for exclusive use and is equipped with a beach chair, garden furniture and an electric barbecue.

Landsitz Risum-Lindholm

The estate is located between Niebüll and Risum-Lindholm. Forget your worries and enjoy the tranquility in the middle of fields. Enjoy the light North Frisian breeze on the terrace with a cup of coffee. Take a bike ride on the dike to Dagebüll (13 km) and from there to Föhr or Amrum. The way to Sylt or Denmark is also not far... Should the North Frisian weather show its dark side, the fireplace with its cozy warmth is ready.

Welcome to our terp in Waygaard near the lake Botschlott. The accommodation is a traditional thatched farmhouse flat with a view overlooking the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marshes. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can canoe, cycle and watch the flocks of birds that use the partly protected lake as a migration and nesting site. The house was carefully restored with natural materials in 2025/2026
