In front of the house, you can see the great egret in the lake, and there is a chance to spot harriers, swallows, ducks, and more, as well as large flocks of starlings in spring/autumn – a veritable cloud of black. All of this helps provide a nature-friendly experience.

The Käptn's Koje is located on the upper floor of the house and offers healthy living on approx. 43 square meters of living space directly under the thatch with a direct exit to a roof terrace. From there you not only have a view over the North Frisian fields fields, but also a free sun option until the evening hours. The roof terrace is for exclusive use and is equipped with a beach chair, garden furniture and an electric barbecue.

Welcome to our terp in Waygaard near the lake Botschlott. The accommodation is a traditional thatched farmhouse flat with a view overlooking the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marshes. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can canoe, cycle and watch the flocks of birds that use the partly protected lake as a migration and nesting site.
