The 65 square meter apartment is comfortable and spacious. Free parking is on-site inside our private gated courtyard. Just steps away you will find restaurants, bakeries and butchers. Prichsenstadt is a great base location to see all of Bavaria. A very easy 3km drive from the A3 . No cleaning fee. Please read all information below.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The 83 sqm non-smoking apartment, located on the 1st floor of a six-family house in a quiet residential area, is very bright, spacious and stylishly furnished. From this centrally located accommodation, you can be on the A3 Würzburg-Nürnberg in no time or in the worth seeing cities of Volkach, Kitzingen, Würzburg, Bamberg, Nuremberg. Bicycle and hiking trails are available directly from Wiesentheid. Supermarket, bakery and butcher in walking distance.
