The home is well decorated with dishwasher, washing machine, modern kitchen family room, and two good bedrooms with closet space. The grounds are located within walking distance to the city's cozy hosts, the Merchant, and the famous waves of Cold Hawaii. NOTE! Bed linen, sheets and towels are to be brought by yourself, but can be rented from us for a fee (75 DKK per person). (The house was painted black on the outside after the pictures were taken)

The house is newly built in 2021 and has a very special vibe. The house has a wooden terrace all the way around the house and there can always be shelter in one of the many sun nooks. The house is furnished with good beds and super indoor climate.

The house is perfectly located within walking distance along the beach to several of the good surf spots/reefs, just as shopping and the dune plantations are close by. The house can be used both for vacation and for a work stay. There is plenty of space inside as well as outside, where surfboards, bicycles, golf equipment, etc. can easily be stored. The house works perfectly for one or more families or friends on a trip.

It’s located in a holiday area, so you’ll most likely have a few neighbors around - but don’t worry, the ground is big, so you’ll have plenty of space to kick back and enjoy the peace and quiet.
