It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. The house is located in a hilly terrain with lots of trees and "wild on purpose." There is peace! You will find the house bright, romantic and cozy, located on a large natural plot of 1400 m2. The house is older, small, but well decorated. There are 2 bedrooms in the house and an annex. On the property, there is a fireplace and a trampoline and swings. An exciting cabin in one of the treetops may also tempt you to play and have fun. To the south, there is a large covered wooden terrace, so you can always sit in shelter and shelter.

Newly renovated in all wood material and natural colors creating a cozy and homely atmosphere. Room 1: Small double bed (140 cm) Room 2: Two built-in single beds and one junior bed Room 3: Two bunk beds, or convert the lower bunks into a double bed with two single beds on top. You will find the mattress for the double bed stored in the cabins under the beds.

The house is really nicely located on the plot with a fantastic view over the passage of the seasons in Mols Bjerge. There is a large kitchen/living room and living room with wood-burning stove, bathroom and three nice rooms with bunk or double beds. There is a large terrace to the south and west around the house.
