The house has a great feel of Thai decor yet modern and well laid out. Large living and kitchen downstairs with 3 bedrooms on the upper level. Close to the beach for sea breezes with beautiful sunsets when the skies permit. The balconies all round top and bottom provide lovely outdoor living. The house in totally 300sm and is in a property shared with 6 other private owners. A manageress looks after all the needs with service staff and pool-gardener.

It is an architectural villa on the south side of Koh Samui, private and in a natural environment, it has sweeping ocean views and has a great salt water lap pool. Half way up a hill, it gets natural breezes, whithout mozzies even at dusk. It is minimally designed, but takes maximum advantage of the nature. It is called the naked house because the walls are left naked. We primarily cater to families and couples.
