we had a lovely stay. We felt right at home the moment we opened the door. The bathroom is clean and roomy.. Kitchen is very well equipped too, to allow us to cook at home and enjoy the lovely view from the balcony. The surrounding is very beautiful and offers loads of options for outdoor activities. Just a little disappointed that we found out the sauna is not readily available and cost extra to use. The heated swimming pool was great for relaxation after our days out, which kind of make it all good again. Thank you 😊

It really is a nice, tidy and clean apartment! It looked even bigger and nicer on site than in the photos. The amenities are absolutely sufficient, the kitchen is well stocked, we didn't miss anything. The surroundings are incredible and suitable for relaxing as well as for sporting activities. Within walking distance are some places that are also suitable for vegetarian or vegan nutrition. However, we would recommend a car for activities outside of Kochels. Nora and Michele were very friendly and helpful. They have been running a great ice cream parlor right around the corner for over 30 years, which we would highly recommend 😊

We really felt super comfortable in Astrid's place! The Airbnb is beautiful and well maintained! Astrid also had many recommendations for us, which made us very happy and which we also followed up with. In the area you can go hiking right away (on the Jochberg you go directly up) and there are some good restaurants right around the corner. In general, the contact was extremely pleasant. We would recommend Astrid's place and of course it as a host to anyone!

The place is highly recommended. There's nothing missing. There is also a great swimming pool and sauna. Bathrobes and sauna towel are available in the apartment. The view over the lake and the Karwendel Mountains is unique and fantastic. A place to recover. Very quiet. Directly at the house starts the path around the lake and there are many hiking trails in the area. A trip to the Herzogstand is recommended. In good weather you can see the Zugspitze. Lake Walchensee is beautiful and has this unique color. In the village, however, there is almost no shopping (the cafe on the lake for the essentials) and to Kochel am See, you have to drive over a serpentine road. That should be borne in mind. The landlady pointed this out to us beforehand and we were prepared. Excellent communication, with all the important information hardly before arrival. Everything as described and a great place to stay. Everything as described and in the photos in the ad.
