The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

Our studio style cabana in The Flats has all you need for your time in Kodiak. The 10 minute drive south from the airport is packed with ocean and mountain vistas, and our wooded lot is only steps from Russian Creek. The Cabana has its own parking area and entrance to the property, and shares our private, fenced, one-acre space with our family home and two big, furry, friendly dogs. With downtown Kodiak being just 15 minutes north, our cabana is a perfect base regardless of your adventure!

Our spacious accommodation is nestled near spruce trees and offers a spectacular view of the ocean, right from the dining table. This 2 bedroom (1 queen bed and 2 sets of extra long bunk beds) with a 1 bathroom cottage is located close to everything in our little town of Kodiak. Kitchen area with a full size fridge. Spacious pantry and a full size washer and dryer! Cozy living area and Large outside deck with seating and grill area. Fenced in yard. Free parking space. Free WiFi and Tv cable. Walking distance to downtown square that is filled with restaurants, local shops and beautiful views of the boat harbor.

If you're searching for a breathtaking views over looking the beautiful harbor in Kodiak then this is the place for you! Upstairs, a spacious lofted sitting room with vaulted ceilings has the best views - Relax with a coffee in the morning and if you're lucky you may spot a pod of orcas swimming by. Or spend time out on the deck on a sunny summer day grilling a home cooked meal. Please keep in mind you must be prepared to walk up and down stairs to access the home.

You will be staying in the one bedroom guest suite on the first floor of the house that features a fully stocked kitchen, a backyard, and private beach access. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and an easy 15 minute walk through a scenic waterfront park leads you to downtown Kodiak.
