Villa vacation rentals in Koh Samui

We really enjoyed our stay in the villa. It is spacious and because of the large windows on both sides, bright and at the same time cosy and has all the necessities. The pool table on the back terrace is very cool. The house is nestled in a beautiful garden. You can relax by the large pool and let your gaze wander over the varied vegetation. The trees, shrubs and plants are very calming. The neighbourhood is quiet and you have your privacy. (The building site on the neighbouring property was only rarely under construction during our stay, so the noise didn't really bother us). Our contact person Iris was very helpful and obliging. Communication went smoothly and questions were answered within a very short time. Transport and the hire of a scooter were also organised without any complaints. Many thanks for everything!

The house is amazing, just like the owners are. We had a very good communication with Pam before, during and after our stay. The house is spacious and lush and it‘s tastefully decorated. The house is secluded in a private estate but still near to beaches and the nearby town. Perfect for family’s or groups up to six friends.

Thomas and Prae are amazing hosts. We were added to a group which made checking in very smooth and any questions were answered quickly 🙌🏻 They helped us with arranging taxis and also hiring scooters. I would highly recommend staying here, especially with the amazing pool and views of the jungle. I hope to be back again soon.

We had a great family time at Villa Indu Siam. Everything was perfect. The villa, located by the sea, is very beautiful, very well designed and furnished and very clean. Davide was always very responsive to our requests beforehand. Special congratulations to Anna and her team, what responsiveness from every point of view: advice on excursions, massages reservations ( at home,it was great ) taxis, restaurants, golf, troubleshooting in record time during a puncture by scooter, etc... and what fine stoves. We enjoyed each morning with their delicious breakfasts as well as three evening meals which were simply excellent. All this in a very discreet way. A big thank you.

the most beautiful villa I've ever stayed in with amazing staff

This is a real gem. You get access to a 5-star hotel with wonderful beach, pools, kids club, activities,restaurants, and air bar with magnificent views (one of 1000 places to visit before you die according to The Times), for a fraction of the price. the villa is huge, and I must say a lot nicer than the photos. the views and sunset are magnificent. Communication with Christian was great. and Nan took great care of us at the spot. We combined the stay with a week at Koh Tao for snorkeling and a week at Chaweng for more central stay, which was perfect for us. 6 adults and 6 kids had the whole villa and the apartment and it was great room.

The owner was super friendly, she was very kind to let us early checkin, always online in case of any questions. She also provided us all advised and recommendation. Her guest house was very roomy, very nice and private terrace, bed and linens fresh and clean. The furniture and the kitchen appliances are not new but in very acceptable condition, AC in every room which is also very nice. Upon our request, she helped us with the transfer on fair price. Overall I can highly recommend this place to stay for more than 3 nights (that’s our stay). Please be informed that it will be an additional charge for electricity (we were charged for 85 kilowatts for 3 nights barely using AC) for about 500 baht. In general, great place, great owner, quiet neighbors and wonderful Koh Samui. Thank you, Ying !!!

Villa Rapha was an amazing location for our 5 nights in Koh Samui. Nick was a brilliant host, giving us local recommendations and help with transfers. The villa itself is beautiful, with amazing views over Cheong Mon beach and the water. We loved the pool and spent many hours just relaxing in the water soaking in the views. The villa is true to it's description and photos and we'll definitely be back next time we're in Koh Samui.

Mandred was an excellent host!! He took care of all our needs arranging transportation to and from the airport helped with baggage in and out of house . Recommendations for places to eat and any other questions we had. The house is amazing very beautiful and great views!! We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic stay had by all 6 of us. Very relaxing and peaceful yet a short taxi or car journey to Lamai or Chaweng when we wanted the hustle and bustle. Tone and Par where extremely helpful when needed and went about their daily chores without imposing themselves in anyway. We chose to eat out almost every meal with IBeach a few minutes walk down the beach, and Mordens a few minutes walk in the other direction. Trips out are easily booked and pickups from the villa were easily arranged. It was our first time on Koh Samui and I doubt we would have found anywhere better. Thanks Alan and Nikki for a great time and fantastic villa.

My family and I stayed at Jim’s villa for four nights and it was simply the highlight of our trip. The villa was spotless and it also included all the required (and nice to have) amenities to make it a great stay. In addition, the private chef, CHADA was unbelievable and each morning we looked forward to eating breakfast. The food was so good that we ended up having CHADA prepare two dinners for us. All in all, Jim was super helpful in promptly answering all of our questions we had during our stay. I would highly recommend Jim’s place to all and we are excited to stay at his place once again in the future.

We are a family of eight (age 16-46) who stayed in Villa Vimana during Christmas 2022, and what a fantastic vacation it was! Andreas was the perfect host and there was no issue too trivial for him to help with, whether recommending restaurants, arranging airport pick-up, having groceries bought before arrival, assisting with renting scooters, or suggesting things to do on the island. The housekeeper is also a wonderful person and always willing to help. The house is lovely, clean and well kept, even better than in the pictures. The rooms are spacious and all with en-suite bathrooms, which we thought was a big advantage. The pool area is very nice and we spent long hours lazing by the pool, both day and evening. Electricity is paid for by usage and just to give an idea, we paid approx. 5.500 Baht (150 USD) for a 10-day stay. An absolutely amazing and completely unforgettable vacation, big thanks to Andreas for all the assistance. We definitely give our best recommendation.

Probably our favorite holiday rental ever. The care, warmth and very attentive service from Watt and Khung was incredible. Delicious breakfast prepared every day and we quickly figured out that it was far more relaxing to stay in for dinner and have our hosts prepare delicious fresh meals than go out. The house is stunning - both inside and out (view of the ocean never gets old) and very tastefully decorated. Great communication from Martin throughout as well, with helpful local recommendations

If you’re looking for a wonderful place to visit…stop. You’ve found it. Family vacation was all we hoped it would be. Villa view is outstanding and interior is as comfortable as home. Bang and Jar are absolutely wonderful people and helped make our trip memorable. On second thought…maybe you’d better find someplace else to stay…we’d love to return and don’t want you blocking out our dates!

Super nice place and perfekt, the rooms, pool and view fantastisk a perfekt Home with all the good things from a hotel.. Only little thing was that the sun disappeared at 4 o’clock when we were there in March in the 3 bedroom villa, but perfect sun all the day..

Fresh from a 5-star hotel in Samui, we were blown away by Seb & Olivia's villa. The quality of the place is exceptional: everything is thought out for comfort, the amenities are at the top, and the view is simply breathtaking. Special mention for the warm welcome and great availability of hosts — a real 10/10, worthy of the highest standards. The location is ideal, the private pool is amazing… An unforgettable experience, far beyond our expectations, even after a 5-star stay! We'll be back for sure!!

very nice place to stay with amazing views and a very nice pool. on site staff, very helpful and rented us scooters 250 b per day delivered to the door. Scooter or car is needed to get up and down to the beach Villa Luna restaurant has better ribeye steaks than in Europe, coco nice traditional Thai food with friendly staff and adrenaline vibes watersports took us on an amazing jet ski Safari to koh phenang.

My friend Tanja and I had the pleasure of staying at Pannipa & Markus's beautiful villa for a week. From the moment we arrived, Pannipa & Markus welcomed us with such warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home. They gave great tips for the area, were always there when we needed something, and still gave us the freedom to enjoy the space. This is a place full of happiness and hospitality and we wholeheartedly recommend a stay here!

Villa Léa in Florence was beautiful. We had a lovely stay at this villa. The place is well located, the pool and the view are worth it. Florence is very nice and made it a lot easier for us during our stay. Everything was fluid. I highly recommend it and will surely go back if I come back to Koh Samui.

We stayed at Albin's place for 1 week and found it was the best place to stay of our 3 week trip. Starting with it being very clean and idyllic. A lot of attention to detail, there are plants everywhere that make the space feel fabulous. The house and pool were cleaned daily, even our laundry was washed and hung for us without inquiries. Absolutely no self-understanding in an Airbnb. Albin was always reachable via Airbnb and phone and was always able to help us quickly, e.g. that the pool light can be turned on earlier so that the children can still splash in the evening. The property offers a 125 scooter that can be used at your free disposal. Also not self-evident and makes it very easy on Koh Samui to get around quickly from A to B. All rooms are air conditioned and very spacious and clean. We will definitely book this place again if we come back to Koh Samui

Lovely villa, beautiful views of both a waterfall, jungle and haad salad sea view beyond. Perfect to host a dinner party, comfortable beds and great surround sound system. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend ⭐️

We had a great stay in the house and Mathieu and the team did a great job. We stayed there with our 2 kids and we all loved the pool and the garden. The house is really nice and has everything you need in a holiday house. The location on the Island is okay, but a ride (car or scooter) is needed to get around. Mathieu helped us with the transfer from and to the house and also helped us with the rental car, which we very much appreciated! Communication was really easy, super nice and we got a feedback always very quick! We can more than recommend Mathieu as a host.

Very clean, pleasant villa, to get around it is easy by motorbike 5 minutes 7/11 and 10 minutes from the center, beaches, restaurant, we'll be happy again Patrice
