The apartment is in a prime location in East Ruka on the slope, at ground level, on the sunny side of the slope. From the door directly to the ski slope. All of these are 100 m away: Gondola, Rosa&Rudolf Familypark, Skibus stop, RukaValley restaurants, ticket sales & rental, K-Market (open during the winter season). Restaurant SkiBooster in the neighboring house, which also has a sauna during the winter season, but please check the opening hours online. Gondola easily to Rukakeskus. Top located in the heart of Kuusamo with a sauna and glazed apartment on a large balcony. Sheets and towels, as well as final cleaning, are included in the price of the cleaning fee. The apartment has everything you need from dishes to a washing machine. Heating spot for a car in front of the apartment and a small walk is the bus station and ski-bus stop in winter time, restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment is very clean and there is no one's personal belongings in the apartment!
