We have enjoyed the beautiful apartment and beautiful terrace. Little thing I missed, a rug mirror. Parking is difficult but on the Dutch coast the same way. Coastal tram runs nearby. Found the area a little boring but cause will be that it was early in the season.

We loved this place, the city and we are looking forward to come back.

A functional and very pleasant apartment, ideally located for discovering Dunkirk, its port, its beaches. Impeccable welcome. A downside on bedding and sleeping arrangements.

Very suitable for a stay with children. We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment with 2 small children. The view is superb, the children ,and we adults were able to enjoy it with joy. We will come back without hesitation. Big thanks to Élise for the nearby parking lot:)

Fantastically positioned and presented flat. Nico was super communicative and helpful. We used this as a base for visiting nearby Plopsaland from the UK and the flat treated us very well!

Very flexible and welcoming host. Very clean and quiet accommodation. Small downside: the living room overlooking the street. The apartment is close to everything and parking is an asset. Thank you Emmy for a lovely weekend spent at your place.

Pretty and practical little apartment with great views of the sea, beach and promenade. It never gets boring sitting at the table, drinking a beer or coffee, and watching life outside. The apartment is also a great base for long walks, trips to the city or a dinner at one of the nearby restaurants.

Beautiful apartment directly on the sea. The children were able to go directly from the apartment to the Dunen and on the beach. Nevertheless, very centrally located, everything within walking distance. The apartment is simple but well furnished with parents room with double bed and children's room with up to 6 beds. Quiet location (driving ban). Possibility to rent relatively cheap parking (35 euros/week) The owner is easily accessible and is open to all questions We loved it here and I'm sure we'll be back

We had a great week at Benjamin's apartment, despite the mixed weather. The location is ideal for visiting a few Belgian cities (Bruges, Ghent,Ostend ...) or to stroll along the beach. The apartment is spacious and well arranged. Benjamin was responsive to any questions. I recommend!!!

We had a great time, very clean accommodation, matches the photos and description, easy to park and especially for free. The owners are very friendly, responsive to messages, clear and accurate explanations. We thank them for the little surprise, a basket filled for a hearty breakfast. You want to have a great time relaxing, look no further and go to the spa su park. We recommend, you can go there with your eyes second.

Nice apartment near the sea with a wonderful balcony! Only the bed we found very narrow (1.30-1.40 meters) which could not be seen in the photos and also not in the description.

Our stay was perfect! Accommodation as described. Peaceful environment 2 steps from the sea, ideally placed for walks!

We enjoyed our stay in Kunstkot. The captivating and original decor fascinated us, although our three-year-old daughter found some paintings a bit exciting. There was plenty of space for our dog (getting used to the metal stairs to the app). The hot tub was delicious and the right temperature found a connecting challenge ;). The location close to the farm (with animals!) and fields was nice, although the busier track made it less quiet (we babbles not bothered us). It was definitely clean enough (mss not for clean freaks). Towels, bathrobes and bedding were provided. The double bunk bed was a real hit! Breakfast at the door with local products and zero waste approach was also great. Olivier was very friendly and always available. Recommended!

We had a fantastic getaway in the apartment. We almost worried about the great photos that a lot of photoshop was at work, but the apartment really looks so wonderful. The amenities were great, including super tasty coffee pods, salt, pepper, kitchen machines, etc. in the kitchen, great sauna and bathrooms, and our highlight of the gas stove in the living room. We felt incredibly comfortable. Even though the promenade through the high-rises is not the most beautiful, it was a great place to switch off and for long walks along the beach.

Our host very kindly welcomed me alone in order to preserve the surprise. Everything was perfect: impeccable cleanliness, tasteful, comfortable bedding, hearty breakfast, bottle of champagne... The amenities: sauna, spa bath, Hi-fi are functional, very easily thanks to François' explanations. If it were possible we would have added a 6th star. Thank you for the welcome, we will recommend a getaway in Bergues at your place to our entourage.
