Monthly Rentals in Kolamba

This is the second time we are staying at Casa Sara and honestly it is a home away from home. The location is peaceful, very beautiful & well maintained. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the caretaker & the owner (Daryl) had kept a handwritten note & some Goan wine & pantry staples for us. Daryl is extremely friendly & hospitable. Staying in this 100 year old Portuguese bunglow is a cherished experience. The rooms are spacious, clean & comfortable. We loved the ambience & the amenities. The place has everything for a comfortable homely long stay such as a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, mixer-grinder, water purifier, pots and pans and serve ware. There is a separate dining area & living room with a TV and a computer table. The house has other essential amenities such as washing machine, clothes dry rack and ironing stand. I would highly recommend this place, must visit! Thank you Daryl for being the best host & helping us have memories for life!

I stayed here for two whole weeks and felt right at home. The apartment is perfectly located in the south, allowing you to explore all the nearby haunts of Palolem and Patnem with ease. The restaurants nearby are nice and there is also a general store very nearby for added convenience. Perfect for long stays if you're looking to soak in the beauty of south Goa. The view from the balcony was soothing and I also enjoyed the occasional visits of the monkeys (there's a net in the balcony to protect you, don't worry). The WiFi is fast and reliable if you're looking to work remotely out of here. The apartment has a guard for added security and all the people working there are ultra sweet, even the doggos. Madhavi was very kind and friendly and was proactive any time I needed anything. The caretaker Nilesh was also super helpful and always available, and he also helped me get a bike rental of good value. I truly enjoyed my time here and certainly look forward to staying here again.

The house is well maintained and all the things kept ready before we arrived (floor and kitchen kept cleanly for guest use). It is near to market and multiple beaches to reach within 10 min of drive. Nagesh is always responsive and helpful. Over all we had a great stay at Nagesh place
