Large kitchen with its own dining area and is well equipped. 2-minute walk to the train station, with train departures every 15 minutes to Oslo. Oslo S is reached in about 20 minutes by train. Passing train noise is to be expected. Tenants in the basement apartment.

There is an elevator in the building. Immediate proximity to Kolbotn Torg with shops and restaurants.

By car it is 10 mins. to Tusenfryd and 10 mins. to Oslo S.

For barna finnes det bla trampoline Huset et bygget i 1919 og totalrenovert i 2015, og tilbyr alt det man kan forvente av en moderne bolig. From here you can walk to the train to Oslo. There is a short distance to Kolbotn city center in one direction and to places such as The Well in the other direction. In the apartment I normally live with my daughter of 8 and my son of 10 years.
